  • Website edits including newsletter and blog posting production using Drupal and word press
  • Management of Social Media aspect of the company including Linked In, Twitter and Facebook
  • Coordination with content experts for content development
  • Ensure that all information is consistent, easy to understand, and well organized
  • Proofread and edit own work and work of others to improve quality, readability, consistency, and effectiveness of documentation
  • Investigate and then monitor client base to see consistency for developing the “ideal client”
  • Recommendations for improving the effectiveness of online marketing activities
  • Public Relations duties
  • Coordinate link exchanges and article placement
  • Develop opportunities for collaborative activities such as speaking at conferences, offering joint webinars, etc.
  • Actively pursue opportunities for testimonials, success stories and case studies
  • Review web site statistics and make recommendations for pay per click and future content
  • Research to determine missing opportunities
  • Create marketing campaigns and track results of these efforts
  • Draft scripts and coordinate with sales team for consistent messaging
  • Collaborate with entire team for improving the marketing activities of the company
  • Assist with developing clear communication with new clients on how to best work with us
  • Perform other job-related duties as required
