QuickBooks and Integrated Applications
When we originally began working with BEAR Data Solutions, they were using QuickBooks Pro and the file was growing quickly. They were also using Quotewerks, but not taking advantage of the QuickBooks integration. The first thing we did was to upgrade to the current QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions version to deal with the number of user issue, and shortly after that, we encouraged them to begin using customer:job functionality in conjunction with Quotewerks to permit creating a back log report for work in process using XpandedReports. Since then we have been available on an on-call basis as various issues arise.
