McWilliams & Associates Inc seeks a project based independent contractor or part time employee to improve the courses and testing already in production and to managing future test and course development. Responsibilities:
This person will be responsible for:
- Course descriptions with learning objectives and key topics,
- Coordination with content experts for course development,
- Recommendations for improving the effectiveness of existing courses,
- Design and/or power point presentations,
- Questions for CPE credit and other assessments
- Draft scripts and coordinate production for training videos
- Collaborate with web designer, content experts, etc. for determining future product offerings
- Perform other job-related duties as required
Qualifications:
- Ensure that all information is consistent, easy to understand, and well organized
- Proofread and edit own work and work of others to improve quality, readability, consistency, and effectiveness of documentation
- Work with content experts on course development to incorporate appropriate learning technologies in the face-to-face and online environments
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, schedule and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Instructional Design experience – must have samples of work
- Web-Based Course Development experience
- Instructional Technology experience
- Project Management skills
- Performance measuring experience
