It seems like any time I am talking with Accountants or small business clients, the issue of efficiency comes up. One of the easiest ways to dramatically improve efficiency is to spend less time reaching for the mouse, determining where it is positioned on the screen and then clicking on what you need. Question: How do you do that? Answer: Keyboard shortcuts. Although it will take a little time to get use to them, keeping your hands on the keyboard will reduce the time and effort it takes to enter information. Below are a few to get you started.
