The QuickBooks back up file is sent to us and we look for any issues. Depending on the frequency, a major feature(s) of QuickBooks will be analyzed in detail with a cursory check up of the other areas. A follow up e-mail is sent to document the issues discovered. The purpose of this check up is to see if there are issues that need to be addressed in the file. Any necessary changes can be completed by you, your bookkeeper, accountant, etc. or we can schedule consulting time to provide detailed instructions and/or actually complete the changes with you.
Although the resources we provide solve many issues for small businesses and those that support them, there are times when one-on-one attention is needed.
This time is available for discussing any QuickBooks related issues from how to get started in building a QuickBooks business, to how to troubleshoot a problem encountered with a QuickBooks file, or integration consulting. The decision is yours.
The time can be purchased on an as needed basis or in blocks of time for discounted pricing.
There are many add-ons available from the Intuit Developer Network, but wading through the choices can be time consuming and overwhelming.
This service includes a telephone discussion with the QuickBooks user to perform a needs analysis. This includes determining what features and/or results are "must have" versus "wish list" items, and industry or business considerations, etc.
Several add-on alternatives will then be presented including the pros and cons and related cost for each.
