This product is for telephone tech support incident. The minimum price is $60 for up to 30 minutes. If a single incident is purchased and the call takes longer than 30 minutes an additional $60 will be due (for a maximum of $120 and a maximum call of 1 hour).

If, however, the client feels that they would prefer us to be on-site, we do require a travel charge for less than 20 miles. For travel in excess of 20 miles, please contact us for a quote.

Interface with Client Accountant

Initial Call – This is a call to introduce the services we are going to provide to the client and offer some comfort that we do not do the tax or financial statement work that they are doing. Then, talk with the accountant to see if there are any issues they are aware of that need to be addressed in the QuickBooks data file. If necessary, we will also request the beginning balance and/or supporting balances needed to complete the analysis.


Check Up Telephone

The QuickBooks back up file is sent to us and we look for any issues. Depending on the frequency a major feature(s) of QuickBooks will be analyzed in detail with a cursory check up of the other areas.

A follow up e-mail is sent to document the issues discovered. The purpose of this check up is to see if there are issues that need to be addressed in the file. Any necessary changes can be completed by you, your bookkeeper, accountant, etc.
